Our dedicated, experienced and qualified team of Programme and Project Managers manage your projects and are responsible for delivering them on time and within budget, providing oversight and timely escalation to your senior management. The team consists of 13 Project Managers and Implementation Consultants with collectively in excess of 130 years’ combined experience.
Working with the Project Managers, our Implementation team are responsible for delivering projects, implementing Member Self Service, Altair, Pensioner Payroll, Altair Image, Heywood Insights, and Heywood Cloud. Our Implementation team is well established, and have together completed over 140 successful product implementations.

Strong governance is key to a successful project. Our Project Managers are all Prince2 qualified and will produce all the relevant project documentation in collaboration with your team.
