Our dedicated, experienced and qualified team of Programme and Project Managers manage your projects and are responsible for delivering them on time and within budget, providing oversight and timely escalation to your senior management. The team consists of 13 Project Managers and Implementation Consultants with collectively in excess of 130 years’ combined experience.
Working with the Project Managers, our Implementation team are responsible for delivering projects, implementing Member Self Service, Altair, Pensioner Payroll, Altair Image, Heywood Insights, and Heywood Cloud. Our Implementation team is well established, and have together completed over 140 successful product implementations.
With our collaborative approach, you can be assured that our subject matter experts will work closely with your team to ensure your requirements are fully understood and the best solution is implemented.
Strong governance is key to a successful project. Our Project Managers are all Prince2 qualified and will produce all the relevant project documentation in collaboration with your team. The implementation team operates using Agile principles to ensure there is delivery of iterative value with short feedback loops.
The wide experience of our teams ensures that all eventualities can be tackled efficiently and in the appropriate manner to ensure a successfully implemented project on time and within budget.
