Chris has extensive experience in growing and scaling technology businesses. He currently serves on the boards of three companies: Aveva Group plc, which provides industrial software solutions; Vitec Group plc, a leading hardware and software solutions provider for the content creation market; and Eckoh Plc, a provider of customer engagement and contact solutions. Chris keeps Heywood on a constant path of continuous improvement.

Katie is a highly experienced professional in the field of digital transformation, having held several senior positions in the government including at the Cabinet Office and as the Director General of NHS Informatics. She is also a board member of Kainos, a company that specialises in digital transformation. Kate is dedicated to ensuring we remain at the forefront of technological innovation.

Sian is dedicated to ensuring we provide our customers with reliable, high-quality service. With over 30 years of experience in the pensions industry, she has a wealth of knowledge in scheme administration, transformation and implementation. Her experience provides us with valuable insights into the challenges our clients encounter, enabling us to better address their needs.

Ian is an experienced finance and commercial professional with a wealth of knowledge in leading teams within growing businesses. He offers significant expertise in M&A, integration, and transformation. His direct experience working with the UK pensions sector makes him a valuable asset to Heywood.

Chris has 30 years of experience in life and pensions administration, solution design, and proposition management. He has worked with public and private sector pensions, as well as life insurance companies. In 2022, his contributions to the pension industry through his work in PASA and MaPS were recognised by Pensions Age with the “Pensions Personality of the Year” award.

Louise offers significant experience in creating and expanding service offerings. She is responsible for delivering all aspects of support and implementation services. An advocate for an agile, customer-centric, and collaborative approach, Louise has led significant transformation programmes and has effectively delivered sustainable change across the company.

Fredric is the Head of Software & Product, leading the Technology department. He started working at Heywood as a graduate eight years ago and has since focused on scaling up the technology capabilities of the business. His main objective is to vitalise and deliver our vision and product strategy.

Emma is a UK and US (New York) qualified lawyer. She has over 18 years of post-qualification experience as a leader of large teams consisting of both lawyers and non-lawyers in the UK and Europe. Emma is responsible for overseeing all legal matters, including commercial contracts, company law, corporate affairs, compliance, and GDPR.

With nearly 30 years of senior HR leadership experience, Sue leads Heywood's people function, driving the company's strategy to attract, develop, and retain top talent. She will also focus on preserving and enhancing Heywood's inclusive culture, emphasising diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

Stewart has an extensive background in working for leading financial institutions to form mutually successful and lasting relationships with clients and partners. He has a proven track record in delivering value-enhancing solutions to provide customers with the best possible outcomes. Stewart's hands-on industry experience forms a crucial role in advancing Heywood’s international presence.
