Leading pensions software specialist Aquila Heywood has announced the appointment of Fraser Smart to the Board as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO).

Fraser has deep expertise and knowledge of the pensions sector. Fraser was a partner at UK employee benefits firm Hymans Robertson then President and Executive Managing Director of Buck Consultants LLC, the global specialist HR benefits and human resource consulting firm. Most recently Fraser was CEO of British Airways Pensions, responsible for around 100,000 members of two UK defined benefit pension schemes sponsored by British Airways plc.
